Tap My Trees, LLC Policies
When using the tapmytrees.com site we may ask you to provide your email address, shipping details, billing details, postal address, telephone number, and credit card information.
During the ordering process, information that is obtained on our site is encrypted to ensure your security. Our Shopify Store is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Our Store uses industry-standard, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your information is encrypted. We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide (outside of your current order).
Tap My Trees LLC values you as a customer. We will not sell, rent, share or make available in any way your information outside of Tap My Trees LLC. As a valued customer we may use e-mail from time to time to notify you of special offers, new products and services, and relevant information.
Shipping and Handling
During the checkout process, you will select either Standard or Priority shipping. Shipping is based on the state of the Shipping Address. Once you have entered your address and selected a Shipping Option during the ordering process, click on the "Apply" button to see the Shipping and Handling charges applied to your order.
Kits are generally shipped via USPS, but other companies may be used (such as UPS). Shipment will occur within 2 days of receiving the order. Standard shipping will generally take 5 to 9 days (could be more during holiday periods). Priority shipping will generally take 2 to 4 days. Canadian orders may take up to 5 additional days.
Shipping charges include shipping costs plus applicable handling charges.
If your kit is damaged during shipment to you, the damaged items will be replaced. Send an email to email@example.com explaining the damage and a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. Depending upon which items are damaged, you may be asked to return these items to Tap My Trees LLC. If this is the case, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Starter Kit, you may return it for a full refund. This return policy is in effect for one full year from date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Prior to returning, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email state your wish to return the kit for a refund and a return code will be emailed back to you. Please include this code with the return.
